Search the Multiple Listing Service and/or other websites for all properties listed by all real estate companies try to make sure you know about properties or building sites for sale in your price range. If you want to build a new home, we will try to find the builder who will best accommodate your needs at your discretion. We will send you updates on properties that meet your criteria. 

Arrange private showings for any and all properties you wish to see or arrange meetings for you with qualified homebuilders in the area. 

Help you with the negotiation and purchase of any "For Sale by Owner" property. When you find the right property or builder, we will assist you in preparing an offer, which is in your best interest. We will also provide information on comparable sales, discuss strategy on contract terms, and financing options, and obtain answers to any questions you may have.

Present the offer on your behalf to the seller, seller's agent, the builder, or the "For Sale By Owner". We will negotiate in your best interest at all times to get you the best deal possible. We will also manage and store all contract documents and provide you with free copies for at least 7 years. 

We will do our best to ensure that you receive exceptional service from our company with your purchase. We will supply you with a full-time staff of Real Estate Agents and administrative support to facilitate the purchase of your property. 

Because of the importance of obtaining a home warranty, at the broker's sole discretion, we will either 1) Negotiate a 1-year home warranty with a value up to $650 to be paid by the seller(s), or 2) Pay for a 1-year home warranty up to $650 at closing.
